The how and why of Nine-O®What does Niko/Nine-O® make?
Here at Niko Apparel Systems. we manufacture Nine-O®, custom sports apparel. Custom Uniforms from a wide range of sports are made right in our plant in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. Everything from design to production. Nine-O is a highly-regarded manufacturer, creating high-quality team wear, base layer and outerwear. Our specialty and strength is in-house custom sublimation.
What are your hours of operation?
We have someone ready to assist you, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, EST. You may also email us at orders@nikoapparel.ca.
How do I place an order?
You may place an order many different ways; via email, in person or over the phone. Please contact orders@nikoapparel.ca to find out the best order placement method for you and your team.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is twelve pieces per style, but as a custom shop we often complete smaller orders in which case surcharges may apply.
What if I want to order additional apparel after the first order?
Minimum order size applies, just like with your first order.
What is the turnaround time?
The standard turnaround time is 2-6 weeks; this can vary depending on the size, style and complexity of the order.
Can I put a logo or design on an existing product?
Depending on the product you wish to embellish, you may be able to apply a heat transfer, sewn-on patch or silk-screen design. Some restrictions may apply. Please contact us to find out more information.
Can I return a product?
Since all orders are custom-made, we cannot accept returns.
How can I get a catalogue?
We have a hockey and a cycling catalogue that you can request to be sent via mail. Please contact us at 1-905-318-0845 or email csr@nikoapparel.ca to obtain yours.
Where can I find/obtain sizing information?
Click on the product you are interested in and you will find a button on the right hand side called “Sizing Chart.” Here, you may view the chart or save it for future reference.
Where do I find wash and care instructions?
Most of our products we recommend you wash in cold water and hang to dry. Avoid Velcro or any similar type of hook material to avoid catching and pulling of your apparel. If you have a specific question about your piece of custom apparel, please contact us and we will assist you.
