Warranty & Returns


To ensure proper service to everyone, any unauthorized returns will be REFUSED and send back to the sender. Please call ahead for Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back


All Nine-O products will be covered for one full year from date-of-purchase to the original owner from an Authorized Dealer or Authorized Online Retailer.

Please be aware of claims that are not subject to warranty:

  • Damage caused by general wear and tear
  • Damaged caused by general wear against abrasive surfaces such as Velcro, Bag straps; rough seams or a rip on one’s saddle.
  • Damage to fabric caused by UV (Sunlight), Chlorinated Pools, Bleach, Fabric Softeners, Dry Cleaners.
  • Rips, Burns, Tears and Damages due to accident, Improper size choice, normal wear and tear, Improper care, Mis-use, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time.
  • Close-outs and clearance items are not subject to Warranty.


Nine-O is affiliated with Shopatron Network (www.shopatron.com), an authorized payment and order allocater. Your order may have been fulfilled by a number of Authorized Nine-O Dealers. Any issues regarding invoicing please call Customer Service directly at 1-888-555-5555 with your order number.

  • You can return your products up to 30 days from date received on unused / unwashed. Tags must be attached.
  • Any Back-order item(s) will be cancelled from the order.


  • Nine-O will only replace with same model / size on item(s) purchase with in one year through an authorized dealer or online retailer.
  • Consumers are responsible for giving a secure return shipping address.
  • Consumers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Nine-O.
  • Nine-O will pay the return shipping costs for replacement items. We ship all return warranty items via UPS or FedEx ground with Signature Required.
  • Nine-O will NOT give cash refunds to any consumers for warranty item(s). Consumer warranties are replacement only.


Only approved items will be processed, any extra items will be sent back to the sender.


With dye sublimation, some inconsistencies will occur from print to print.  Each printed garment is unique, and no two will be exactly the same.

  • Colours may not appear exactly as shown on screen.
  • White fabric contains dust that will appear when pressed in white areas and lighter colours- we review every sublimated piece but are unable to prevent all dust contamination.
  • We are unable to create perfect colour matches regarding colours for sublimation- colours are calibrated to our printing process.
  • We will make every effort to match custom colours to colour samples provided, but some shading can occur.
  • In cases where multiple types of fabric are used, there is a possibility that the colour shade will not match exactly.
  • In cases where a product combines sublimated pieces with cut and sew pieces, there is a possibility that the colour shade will not match exactly.

Refunds will not be accepted for any of the above, or for the final product not matching other products that have been purchased elsewhere.
